About My Clients
People come to therapy for all kinds of reasons. Sometimes life hits a breaking point; sometimes things just feel off. Many of my clients are navigating ADHD, anxiety, or big life transitions; others are trying to figure out how to live as creative, gifted, introverted or highly sensitive people in a world that often doesn't seem built with them in mind.
My Background and Approach
My approach is collaborative, integrative, and grounded in person-centered, humanistic, and existential therapy. I see my role not as an ‘expert’ but rather as a curious, experienced, and supportive fellow traveler. Therapy with me isn’t about fixing you or getting you to fit into someone else’s idea of normal. It’s about understanding how you work, and figuring out what kind of life feels true to that.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that, as human beings, we all struggle at times—but that by telling our story to an engaged and empathetic listener, we can begin to make more sense of things, find our way forward, and eventually feel empowered to make important decisions and lasting changes that align more fully with our authentic selves.
