About My Clients
My clients appreciate my trauma-informed and creative approach. They are usually people who are working through transitions, or haven't been seen or heard in an various dynamics. They trust me to help them find a great team to begin deeper trauma work. My clients feel comfortable bringing in emergent and urgent matters, but also processing things that have been brought up.
My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Massachusetts, Licensed Creative Arts Therapist (LCAT) in New York and a Registered Drama Therapist (RDT) nationally. I received my Bachelor of Arts in Theatre Arts Performance & Psychology from State University of NY at New Paltz and my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a specialization in Drama Therapy from Lesley University. I am a supervisor, clinical and treatment planning consultant, group facilitator and more. I am an effervescent and empathic person and truly will see you. I collaborate with you to meet your needs and work to realign your soul to gain a sense of peace. I use a Trauma-Informed approach to treat individuals & groups and have experience in Expressive Therapies, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) Substance Use Prevention and Treatment, Sober Living and working with Court-Involved youth and families.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe in utilizing my own creativity to enhance others’ creativity in the therapeutic process. I ensure that individuals & groups feel safe, seen and heard throughout the therapeutic process. I am passionate about improving accessibility to quality mental health care.
