My Background and Approach
I utilize a holistic approach of traditional therapeutic approach and cutting-edge therapeutic interventions including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Brainspotting, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing)Comprehensive Resource Model (CRM), Somatic Experience and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy. These interventions allow for a deeper integration of mind and body connection for long-term results.
