My Background and Approach
I have several years of experience in the behavioral health field, including work in substance use treatment settings. I approach therapy with cultural awareness, sensitivity, and care, and I welcome individuals from all backgrounds. I currently offer virtual sessions for clients across California and am accepting new clients. My therapeutic style is collaborative, compassionate, and responsive to your unique needs. I draw from a variety of evidence-based practices—including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Solution- Focused Therapy—adapting my approach based on what feels most effective and relevant to each client. I help individuals deepen self-understanding, strengthen their inner resources, and foster meaningful growth in the areas that matter most to them.
