About My Clients
Many of my clients feel like they’re juggling school or work, family, parenting, and the pressure to do everything “right.” They feel anxious, lonely, or burned out, especially here in California. They come to therapy wanting clarity, relief, and support. They’re tired of perfectionism, overwhelm, and feeling like they’re drowning. Together, we slow down, reconnect, and build a path toward balance and calm.
My Background and Approach
I'm first and foremost a human and use a very relational, warm and collaborative approach with clients. I honor the vulnerable, nervous, awkward feelings that can show up when sharing things with a therapist. Before this, I worked in tech and marketing, but the part of my day I loved most was supporting people. I focused my grad studies on health psychology, where I learned how stress impacts the body and discovered my passion for mindfulness and somatic approaches. As a mom who navigated a difficult perinatal and postpartum journey, I understand overwhelm and identity shifts. I’m also first-gen from an immigrant family, which shaped my understanding of cultural expectations and resilience. My approach blends psychodynamic insight with somatic and present-moment work so you gain awareness, feel grounded, and build tools that support your life outside the therapy room.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I’m not the expert on your life—you are. My role is to guide you, without judgement, toward your own insight and healing. I believe therapy honors both past and present: we explore how early experiences, relationships, and patterns influence how you think, feel, and relate now. Psychodynamic work helps uncover deeper layers, while somatic and mindfulness approaches support regulation, safety, and connection to your body. Healing is not about perfection—it’s about curiosity, compassion, and feeling more choice in how you live and respond.
