About My Clients
Do you want to implement change in your life but are unsure how? I work with my clients to help them to identify patterns that are no longer working in their lives. Through a collaborative relationship, we will learn the tools of compassionate mindfulness, creative arts therapy, cognitive restructuring, visualization, self-soothing to help find your strengths.
My Background and Approach
After teaching children art, I learned about the healing power of art and how it helps people express themselves in a non-verbal way. I earned my Masters of Psychology from Phillips Graduate Institute with an emphasis on Art therapy and Marriage and Family therapy and a specialization in interpersonal neuroscience. I trained as a graphic designer and photographer in my previous lifetime; she graduated from UCLA. Celine works from a humanistic holistic approach, bringing mind, body, and spirit together to facilitate personal healing. Celine uses the tools of grounding techniques, breathwork, EFT, acupressure, Havening Techniques, Hypno Therapy, and art therapy to help clients learn to soothe and heal themselves. I love to work with LGTBQ individuals and teens, trauma survivors, addicts, and people who struggle with their identities.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I strive to create a safe and compassionate environment. My main objective is to help foster resiliency in my clients. I believe that if we change the way that we talk to ourselves and view our mental health issues then we can change our lives. I have a particular interest in working with self-harm, trauma, anxiety, addiction, communication issues, and self-image. I believe that there is always a possibility for healing and thriving no matter what you have been through. You have an innate ability to heal. Let me help you to thrive.
