If you are dealing with the effects of trauma, anxiety, or depression, sometimes having someone that understands you can get you through the toughest times. We've all found ourselves standing on a road we didn't plan, wondering how we got to where we are. If you're tired of holding on, can't let go, or can't move on, listen to that still small voice within and show up. You are not alone. I will be right beside you every step of the way.
My Background and Approach
I offer sessions using an intuitive, holistic approach to therapy. Depending on your needs I hold sessions in English, Spanish, or Spanglish, and use a blend of meditation, creative expression, and ritual to focus on your personal and ancestral history. Together we can fortify your strengths, cultivate a centered approach to life, and find acceptance and wholeness.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Through decades of work on this path, I have grown from feeling frightened and small, to feeling free and empowered. My personal healing has been a luminous process of finding mentors, healers, teachers, and ultimately, myself. This has included creating art, reconnecting with my spirituality, studying meditation, neuroscience, psychology, and learning about the ancient healing practice of curanderismo.
