I want to help you notice the parts of your identity and gain tools to find peace within yourself. I use Eye movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) while looking at attachments, somatic experiences, and internal family Systems (IFS). I provide a lot of education on these frameworks and will provide clarity on what treatment will look like for you.
