COVID-19 affected everyone differently, and I'm here to help! Building a relationship between the counselor (me) and the client (you) is the most effective way change happens. Whether you're the parent of a child or adolescent who needs some extra support or you need extra support yourself, let's find and learn how to use new tools to be a more productive person.
My Background and Approach
I have my Masters Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Colorado Christian University! I have training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training, and Motivational Interviewing. I partner with clients to create a healthy, interpersonal relationship to process hard life events, emotions, and other unhealthy relationships.
