My Background and Approach
I am bilingual (English/Spanish) and bi-cultural. I have worked extensively with culturally diverse individuals and helped many make positive life changes, experienced in treated varying severities of depression, anxiety, relational issues, and trauma. Using a strengths-based and eclectic approach to therapy, I tailor each session based on your needs.
