Has your relationship with your body shifted since COVID-19? Unfortunately, struggles with food and body image have become more common and you aren't alone. Sometimes food and body image challenges can happen along with other mental health concerns and I offer psychotherapy services for individuals working through eating disorders, trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, life stresses, relationship challenges, and more.
My Background and Approach
I'm a Certified Body Trust Provider and I've received training in treating eating disorders from Be Nourished and the Eating Recovery Center. I've received advanced training in treating post traumatic stress and complex trauma from the Arizona Trauma Institute and EMDR (Eye Motion Desensitization and Reprocessing) from EMDR consultants.
