You’re a high-functioning woman or helping professional who’s used to being the strong one for everyone else but internally, you feel anxious, exhausted, stuck, or disconnected from yourself. Even with insight, something isn’t shifting. You may notice patterns like burnout, overthinking, people-pleasing, or difficulty slowing down, even when you know what you “should” do. My Background and Approach
I work with women and helping professionals who are often used to holding everything together for everyone else, while quietly carrying anxiety, burnout, trauma, or a sense of disconnection within themselves. Many of my clients are insightful, capable, and deeply self-aware, yet still find themselves feeling stuck in patterns such as overthinking, people-pleasing, emotional exhaustion, or difficulty slowing down. My goal is to provide a space where you no longer have to stay in survival mode and can begin moving toward deeper, more lasting healing. My approach is trauma-informed, compassionate, and focused on getting to the root of what is keeping you stuck so that change feels meaningful rather than temporary. Depending on your needs, our work may include somatic practices, parts work, or EMDR to help you reconnect with yourself and process experiences in a way that supports real healing.
