About My Clients

Many of the adults that I work with are managing ADHD, burnout, or the lingering impact of past experiences (or all the above) while trying to keep up with work, relationships, and daily life. They often look like they are keeping it all together on the outside, but inside they're stretched thin, anxious, scattered, and in a constant state of fight-or-flight.

I help clients better understand their brains, nervous systems, and themselves. Whether you're navigating adult ADHD, chronic stress, burnout, or trauma that still shows up in the present, therapy can help you build practical tools while addressing the deeper roots. Being a human can be so hard, and you don't have to do it alone. I strive to create a safe space where you can show up as the imperfect human that you are and leave that mask at the door.
