About My Clients
Do you feel powerless, anxious or depressed? Do you have trouble identifying goals, staying motivated, or feeling connected with friends or family? Do you use coping mechanisms that aren't always healthy to feel better and want to change but don't know another way? You have options and choices; my job is to help you rediscover your potential and connect to your power so you can make informed choices for how you want to live your life.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am on a lifelong journey to develop allyship with BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ populations. In my practice this means asking questions and talking openly about systems of oppressions and how we're impacted and influenced both internally an externally by these forces. Everyone knows what it's like to feel marginalized. I work to encourage clients and colleagues to learn how we've been impacted by oppression and marginalization, and also learn how we marginalize others by incorporating anti-racist and LGBTQIA+ affirming work into my practice. I will not always "get it right." I will instead strive to keep learning and growing to adapt to the shifting needs of underserved and oppressed populations.
