About My Clients
Do you ever feel weighed down by self-doubt, stress, or the pressure to hold everything together for others? Maybe you find yourself struggling in your relationships, navigating family dynamics, or carrying grief that feels too heavy to name. I work best with individuals who want a safe space to share their story and begin to make sense of their emotions. Together, we can explore patterns from the past, build self-compassion, and develop tools that help you feel more grounded and connected.
My Background and Approach
My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and grounded in creating a safe, supportive space where clients feel understood and valued. Guided by the values of advocacy, compassion, and connection, I meet clients where they are, offering encouragement, perspective, and hope. I work with kids, teens, adults, and families. I enjoy supporting those navigating stress, anxiety, self-esteem, and peer/family dynamics. I believe in tailoring therapy to each person. My foundation is person-centered, meaning I value connection, compassion, and truly listening while also integrating CBT tools to help clients build awareness, challenge unhelpful patterns, and strengthen coping skills.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that each person carries strengths and resilience within themselves, and my role is to help bring those qualities to the forefront. In our work together, you can expect me to be a thoughtful listener who is curious about your experiences and committed to helping you make sense of your story in ways that feel empowering and authentic. My goal is to walk alongside you, creating a space where growth, healing, and belonging can take root.
