My Background and Approach
As a fellow gay man, I get it. I know how hard life can be and how little specialist support is out there specifically for us gay men. It would be my honour to help you grow and heal on your own wonderful, individual journey. With my collaborative approach, fast, highly effective change is easier than many people (including therapists) think. With practice, you can literally rewire your brain and heart to love yourself and love your life deeply. And by the way, therapy and coaching can actually be a lot of fun! Tools I want to help you develop a toolkit for life, bringing balance, joy and meaning to your every day. Life is too short to waste! Together we will create a tailored plan using mindfulness, movement, nature, breath-work, journaling, and coaching. This kind of Counseling is called Cognitive Behavior Therapy.
