My Personal Beliefs and Interests
It is my belief that one must take care of their mind & spirit before achieving overall health and wellness. Mental health is just as important as physical health. I am here to listen and help you in any way professionally possible on your way to quality mental health. There is nothing wrong with having a person to talk things over with. I am certified in Suicide Prevention as a QPR Gatekeeper because suicide has affected me in many ways and I would like to help those who are struggling with this. Addiction is a struggle and can lead to ideations of suicide. I am here for anyone that just needs someone to hear them.
