About My Clients
She works with ages 8+ and recognizes the importance of honoring the needs of each individual’s body, mind, and spirit during therapy. Cayley has intensive hospital experience working with adolescent girls struggling with personality disorders (especially borderline personality disorder), eating disorders, complex trauma, and depression.
My Background and Approach
She also specializes in working with the LGBTQIA+ population, self-esteem issues, relationship issues, and anxiety. Through her experiences, Cayley has learned the importance of incorporating mindfulness, compassion, empathy, -and certainly humor- into her practice. Cayley understands that this human experience is odd – that it can be filled with bliss, but also sorrow, anger, grief. She adamantly believes that every human being is worthy of accessible mental healthcare. She takes pride in providing a warm environment that is laidback, nonjudgmental, and empowering. Cayley believes that therapy is a space for clients to laugh, cry, stretch out, dance around, sit on the floor - whatever it is that allows clients to get comfortable, release, and delve deep into the inner work.
