I believe that every human has the capacity for growth and healing through getting to know oneself more intimately. My guiding perspective stems from the idea that humans find adaptive patterns from early childhood to protect themselves from pain, discomfort, and loneliness. In the therapeutic space, we can unlearn some of these patterns together that no longer feel useful. My approach to therapy is eclectic, integrating multiple approaches to best tailor the needs of each unique individual client. I focus on applying humanistic, person-centered, cognitive-behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and mindfulness approaches. I view clients and their treatment from a holistic lens, integrating aspects of mental, physical, and emotional health to highlight the dynamic experience of wellness. My goal is to create a collaborative space to address each client's needs, building a toolbox to navigate life's stressors, set boundaries, and move on a path toward healing.
