About My Clients
I work with teens and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life transitions, emotional overwhelm, relationship challenges, and self-worth concerns. Many appear capable on the outside but feel exhausted, disconnected, or stuck in repeating patterns. Together, we explore the experiences and survival patterns that shaped how they think, feel, relate, and respond, and create more intentional, sustainable ways to move forward.
My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor providing depth-oriented, trauma-informed therapy. My approach is grounded in a simple belief: people are not broken; they are shaped by experiences, relationships, environments, and systems. I specialize in trauma, including early childhood, acute, and complex trauma, and draw from evidence-based approaches including EMDR, TF-CBT, CBT, mindfulness, Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and TBRI. My work goes beyond symptom management and surface-level coping. I help clients understand symptoms as signals and identify the deeper patterns influencing how they think, feel, relate, and respond. Therapy becomes a space to build awareness, process experiences, recognize what no longer serves, and make meaningful changes that support a more intentional, aligned life.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe every person has a story worth understanding. My work is rooted in compassion, curiosity, honesty, and respect for the experiences that shape us. I value creating a therapeutic space where clients can explore those experiences without judgment, better understand themselves and their patterns, and make changes at a pace that supports meaningful and sustainable growth.
