About My Clients
Maybe you are struggling with intrusive thoughts and excessive rumination. Perhaps you struggle to get out of bed in the morning. Maybe you feel full of self-doubt, hopelessness, or feel misunderstood, unseen or alone. Perhaps external stresses, societal pressures, discrimination, past trauma, or relational distress are interfering with your wellbeing. Possibly you don’t know quite what is wrong but would like some help.
