My Background and Approach
At Rivers of Hope, we believe in nonjudgemental, support and believe that all people deserve a voice and a compassionate listening ear. We believe that there are no single therapeutic practices that serve everyone but that all deserve their own unique approach and style. Therefore, all of our treatment plans are tailored for you, the client. We strive to remain updated in our clinical practices and fields. We have counselors certified in EMDR to provide our in depth and professional counseling skills for those suffering from traumatic experiences. We strive to help our non binary and transgender communities to accept their full selves and grow to their fullest potentials and beyond.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that life can be difficult for anyone at any given time, and reaching out for help is not always easy. However, I want those in need to know that I'm here and I'm happy to help. Talking about feelings or past experiences is very therapeutic, as well as working through these things with someone else. I am interested in working with teenagers and adults of all ages, but have some experience with children. Feel free to reach out whenever you're ready to talk.
