My Background and Approach
My approach is holistic, heart-based, and integrative. I draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic therapy, narrative therapy, mindfulness, and the Gottman Method. Sessions are collaborative and tailored to your needs—whether that’s processing grief, navigating a life transition, or learning how to regulate your nervous system. I often incorporate guided meditations and visualizations to support calm, clarity, and hope. My intention is to offer a grounded, supportive space for healing and growth.
