About My Clients
My clients rage in age from elementary students to adults, and are often struggling with a range of problems such as depression, anxiety, anger, life transitions, grief, and self-harm. I use play therapy with children, and talk therapy and other techniques with older adolescents and adults. I believe the connection between counselor and client is extremely important, and highly value and respect all of my clients.
My Background and Approach
I know that life can be hard sometimes, full of challenges, grief, and loss. I work with people from childhood through adulthood and provide a safe space in which they can grow, change, and find healing. My philosophy and approach to counseling is that every individual is capable of change and growth, and I find it a privilege to walk alongside people through this journey. I think that great healing and hope can be found through relationships and connection.
