About My Clients
Feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from the people around you? You don’t have to figure it out on your own—therapy can offer a space to sort through what’s going on and find a clearer path ahead. I work with adults to better understand what they’re experiencing, get to the root of what’s holding them back, and start building a life that feels more meaningful and manageable.
My Background and Approach
My approach is practical, evidence-based, and focused on helping you feel better in your day-to-day life. I use cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and behavioral strategies to help you understand how your thoughts, emotions, and actions are connected—and how to make meaningful changes. We’ll work on building skills to manage stress, shift unhelpful patterns, and move toward the life you want. At the same time, I pay close attention to your relationships and how they shape your experiences. Therapy with me is collaborative, supportive, and tailored to your goals.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that our mental health is shaped by a combination of factors—our biology, life experiences, relationships, and environment. There’s rarely a single cause, which also means there are many ways to heal and grow. I’ve seen, both personally and professionally, that people have a real capacity for change, insight, and movement toward what matters most to them. I immigrated to the United States as a young child and come from a working-class background. As a first-generation college student, I understand what it’s like to navigate different cultures, expectations, and pressures, and how those experiences can shape identity and mental health. I value authenticity, respect, and meeting people where they are. My goal is to create a space where you feel understood and supported, while also helping you build the tools to move forward in a way that aligns with your values.
