About My Clients
My current focus is on EMDR intensives. My client is highly motivated to address one specific target or trigger. I am trauma responsive and can help you work towards a different reaction to triggers that you feel stuck with. I focus on your specific goals. My clients are focused and committed to making changes. They want someone to listen to them and their lived experience and help them shift the stuck places.
My Background and Approach
I am trained as a social worker and I was raised in NJ. Which means what you see is who I am. I am authentic and engaged and I don't just sit in silence. You will feel like you have a partner in your healing. I lived in the Bay Area for many years before returning
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I try to live my beliefs. I am constantly pushing myself to be more aware and to find any blind spots. I am a member of the LGBTQ+ community. I work hard to be an ally to all marginalized people.
