About My Clients

Many of my clients are going through periods of stress, transition, or uncertainty. You may feel overwhelmed, stuck in patterns that aren’t working, or facing challenges in your relationships or personal life. I work with individuals and couples across all stages of life, including those navigating life changes, relationship concerns, loss, and caregiving responsibilities. You don’t have to have everything figured out to begin.

My Background and Approach

I bring over 30 years of experience working with individuals and couples navigating a wide range of emotional and relational challenges. My work has included supporting people through life transitions, relationship concerns, stress, loss, and the complexities of caregiving. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in helping you better understand yourself, your relationships, and the patterns that may be keeping you stuck. I believe therapy should be a space where you feel heard, supported, and able to speak openly without judgment. Together, we work at a pace that feels right for you, focusing on gaining insight, building resilience, and creating meaningful, lasting change in your life and relationships.
