With a background in marriage and family therapy, my areas of specialty include: Pre-marital counseling Couples counseling Certified Grief Professional Anxiety/depression Perinatal mental health EMDR trained I cover many issues including: Anger Co-dependency Conflict resolution Divorce Employment recommended counseling Life transitions Marital/premarital Self-esteem Stress Depression I focus on an eclectic approach, as there is no one size fits all in treatment. With a foundation in Cognitive behavioral therapy, different approaches are blended together to best fits the needs of my clients.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe in a world where emotions can be expressed, talked about, and validated. Where we can all share our challenges and be supported through them. I am a member of the Post-Partum Support International Organization, as I am dedicated to the health and well-being of individuals facing all stages of prenatal health and associated experiences.
