About My Clients
I work primarily with adult clients who are navigating anxiety, grief, life transitions, aging, and the process of redefining who they are in new chapters of life. Many of my clients are high-achieving, thoughtful, and deeply capable, yet feel overwhelmed, emotionally stretched, or uncertain about what comes next. They are often managing multiple roles while quietly carrying stress, self-doubt, or a sense of disconnection from themselves.
My Background and Approach
I’m a licensed therapist with a background in corporate HR leadership and DEI-focused work, where I supported individuals and organizations through change, burnout, workplace dynamics, and complex systems of human behavior. That experience gives me a strong understanding of high-pressure environments, identity shifts, and the emotional toll of constantly performing, adapting, and holding responsibility.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My work is grounded in the belief that healing is both deeply human and deeply possible at any stage of life. I believe people are not broken—they are often adapting, surviving, and responding to experiences in the best way they know how. I hold a strong respect for each person’s lived experience, cultural identity, and resilience. I believe that therapy should feel safe, collaborative, and empowering—not directive or one-size-fits-all. You are the expert on your life; my role is to help you understand your patterns, soften what feels heavy, and create space for new ways of being.
