I see younger, middle, and older adults (18+). I have experience working with queer folks, nonbinary folks, and neurodivergent folks. I also see couples. I mainly work with folks experiencing anxiety, depression, and trauma.
My Background and Approach
In my work, I integrate principles of Internal Family Systems Therapy(IFS uses inner-child work) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy(ACT connects you to your values and the present moment).
