I love working with adolescents and young adults trying to find joy and stability during this time of transition. I particularly enjoy working with those who really want to grow. I help them find the strength inside to do so by proving a safe non-judgmental space for them to let their true selves be seen.
My Background and Approach
I believe that there are often reasons why we do the things we do, and feel the way we feel. After working as a team, I will encourage you to practice cognitive behavioral techniques I have taught you, as you commit to a practice of wellness. Making you a priority will be an important part of our work. Ultimately, I believe in the power of connection, and together, we will figure out how to best connect you back to yourself and the community around you.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that we are all imperfect beings, trying to grow and be happy. The quicker we learn to be kind to ourselves, the quicker we will make this world a better place. I enjoy traveling near and far to go on adventures that will help center me and bring me back to what life is really about. I practice wellness daily, and my practice is constantly evolving.
