I love working with adolescents and young adults trying to find joy and stability during this time of transition. I particularly enjoy working with those who really want to grow. I help them find the strength inside to do so by proving a safe non-judgmental space for them to let their true selves be seen.
My Background and Approach
I believe that there are often reasons why we do the things we do, and feel the way we feel. After working as a team, I will encourage you to practice cognitive behavioral techniques I have taught you, as commit to a practice of wellness. Making you a priority, will be an important part of our work. Ultimately, I believe in the power of connection, and together, we will figure out how to best connect you to back to yourself and the community around you.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that we are all imperfect beings, trying to grow and be happy. The quicker we learn to be kind to ourselves, the quicker we will make this world a better place. I enjoy traveling near and far to go on adventures that will help center me and bring me back to what life is really about. I practice wellness daily, and my practice is constantly evolving.
