About My Clients
Maybe you’ve come here because you feel anxious, unsettled or overwhelmed. Maybe you're feeling disconnected from your partner. Maybe you're not sure how you feel. You just can’t seem to get grounded, no matter what you do and you know it's not how you want to feel. I work with preteens, teens, adults and couples to help feel more connected to yourself and create a life you find empowering and joyful.
My Background and Approach
I am here to offer empathetic, affirming, and person-centered support to help you let go of what is no longer serving you and to help you connect more to yourself, others and your community, and to regain a sense of ease and safety. My approach is trauma-informed, evidence-based and holistic. I offer a safe, culturally humble and collaborative space for us to work to get you to the life you really want. You don't have to figure out all of this on your own. I obtained my Master of Social Work from CSU Sacramento and my undergraduate degree from the UC Davis. My clinical training was completed at Turning Point Community Programs and The UCD CAARE Center, providing individual therapy to adults and children/teens. I have been providing therapy services for 5 years and have ten years of experience in the social work field.
