About My Clients
My ideal client is someone who’s ready to explore their inner world with honesty and curiosity. They may feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected, but they’re open to growth and willing to show up—even when it’s hard. Whether navigating anxiety, life transitions, trauma, or relationship challenges, they’re seeking meaningful change and a space to feel seen, heard, and supported. Together, we’ll work toward healing, clarity, and connection to self and others.
My Background and Approach
I’m a licensed therapist with a background in supporting individuals navigating substance use, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, and relationship challenges. I’ve worked in a variety of settings—including substance use treatment, community mental health, and school-based counseling—which has deepened my understanding of the many contexts that shape our mental health. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices, including psychodynamic therapy, mindfulness, and parts work. I believe that meaningful change happens when we feel safe enough to explore what’s beneath the surface—our patterns, defenses, and unmet needs—with honesty and self-compassion. I strive to create a space where clients feel truly seen and supported as they reconnect with their inner strengths and move toward healing. Therapy with me is both compassionate and practical, offering space for reflection and insight alongside tools for everyday life.
