I help clients explore the underlying patterns and pain that fuel addiction, while building healthier coping tools and self-compassion. My approach is nonjudgmental and supportive, drawing from trauma-informed care, psychodynamic therapy, and motivational strategies. I work with clients to reduce shame, strengthen recovery, and create meaningful change—meeting them wherever they are on their journey toward healing and lasting growth.

I help clients with anxiety feel more grounded, confident, and in control. Together, we explore triggers, thought patterns, and underlying emotions using evidence-based tools like mindfulness, CBT, and identifying core beliefs. I create a supportive space where clients can better understand their anxiety, build coping skills, and reconnect with a sense of calm and clarity in daily life.

I support clients with PTSD in safely processing their experiences and rebuilding a sense of safety and self-trust. I’m trained in EMDR and also integrate psychodynamic therapy, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care. Together, we move at your pace, gently exploring your story while reducing distress and reconnecting with your strengths. I offer a grounded, supportive space where healing can unfold and you can reclaim a sense of stability, empowerment, and connection.

I have completed EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) basic training through an EMDRIA-approved program, which included both didactic instruction and supervised practicum. This training equips me to use EMDR to help clients process and resolve trauma, distressing memories, and negative core beliefs in a structured, evidence-based manner. I integrate EMDR into my work with clients experiencing PTSD, anxiety, and other trauma-related concerns.

I have received training in attachment theory, which deepens my understanding of how early relational experiences shape emotional regulation, self-worth, and patterns in adult relationships. This foundation informs my work by helping clients explore the roots of their relational dynamics, build secure connections, and develop healthier ways of relating to themselves and others. Integrating attachment theory enhances emotional attunement, trust-building, and long-term therapeutic outcomes.

I have received training in family systems theory, which emphasizes the interconnected nature of individuals within their family unit. This approach allows me to view symptoms not just in isolation, but as part of larger relational patterns. By exploring roles, communication styles, and generational dynamics, I help clients—whether individuals, couples, or families—create healthier relationships, shift unhelpful patterns, and foster lasting change within the system as a whole.
