My Background and Approach
Besides Person Centered Therapy principles, I integrate evidence-based approaches tailored to your needs, including -Trauma-Informed Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help process and heal from past experiences; Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to identify and shift unhelpful thought patterns; Psychodynamic Therapy to explore deeper emotional patterns and relationships.

I honor the unique perspectives, backgrounds, and values that each person brings to therapy and work collaboratively to help you move toward the life you want to create.
