About My Clients
I enjoy working with young people who are navigating the changes in their lives and growing into adulthood. I work with individuals, couples, and families who are wanting to learn more about themselves and are navigating things like anxiety, low self-esteem, depression, life changes, grief, struggles in communication, and relationship issues. I provide a non-judgmental, warm, inviting, and safe place for you to explore your world. People from all walks of life are welcome.
My Background and Approach
As a recent graduate from Adler University, I’ve spent the last few years learning about relationships. How to build them, how to repair them, and how to help them grow strong and healthy. Relationships are vital to our experience as humans and how we find our place in the great big world of ours. When we take the time to care for relationships with our friends, families, peers, and ourselves we can begin to open ourselves up to lead fulfilling and happy lives. In our work together, I will incorporate therapy approaches from Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS), and other experiential methods. I have found these approaches to be powerful in helping people tap into deeper emotions and understand the different parts of yourself that impact your everyday life and help you regain your sense of who you are once again.
