My Background and Approach
I received my doctoral training from Xavier University and completed specialized postdoctoral training in obsessive-compulsive and anxiety disorders at the Center for Anxiety & Behavior Therapy, where I now serve as a Staff Psychologist. My extensive training across multiple settings—including the Lindner Center of HOPE, Penn Medicine's Princeton Center for Eating Disorders, and the Eating Recovery Center—has equipped me to provide evidence-based treatments like CBT, Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) tailored to your unique needs. This breadth of experience means I can help you face your specific fears and challenges with proven techniques while grounding our work in what matters most to you, ultimately helping you break free from the limitations anxiety has placed on your life.
