About My Clients

Maybe you’ve been carrying old wounds, navigating painful relationships, or struggling to feel like your authentic self in a world that doesn’t always make space for you. You may be feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or weighed down by the pressures of daily life. You want relief, but also real healing—a chance to feel grounded, connected, and empowered in your own life. As a neuroqueer therapist, it’s important to me to honor the intersecting identities and systemic influences that shape your life.

My Background and Approach

My work is rooted in multicultural, feminist, and relational-cultural therapy, with tools from ACT and DBT. I believe you are the expert of your own life, and my role is to walk alongside you—offering support, perspective, and strategies that fit your unique needs. Therapy with me is collaborative, warm, and grounded in genuine connection. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and affirmed—where healing feels possible and sustainable. If you’re ready to take steps toward a fuller, more authentic life, I’d be honored to support you on that path.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

As a queer, neurodivergent therapist, I believe therapy should be a space where all parts of you are welcomed and affirmed. My work is rooted in feminist, multicultural, and person-centered values, which means I honor the ways culture, identity, and systemic forces shape our lives. I am passionate about creating an inclusive space for LGBTQ+ folks, people of color, and anyone who has felt unseen or misunderstood. Social justice is central to my work, and I strive to support clients not just in healing from personal pain, but also in navigating the larger systems that impact them. Outside the therapy room, I support causes that advance equity, mental health access, and community care. I believe healing happens not only within ourselves but also in connection—with others, with culture, and with the movements that remind us we are not alone. My goal is to meet you with compassion, curiosity, and respect as you move toward a life that feels more grounded and authentic.
