I am committed to using warm and compassionate communication styles in our sessions, actively listening to your concerns, and offering reflections and insight. I believe that laughter is also a critical component of my practice, and I try to incorporate humor into our sessions whenever possible as it can be so healing. My Background and Approach
I enjoy working with a wide range of mental health concerns, including depression, anxiety, stress, adjustment difficulties, grief & loss, chronic mental health concerns, trauma, and general life dissatisfaction. As a clinician, I practice from an integrative, evidence-based, collaborative care approach, drawing from various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness-based, and solution-focused therapy.
