I have been walking alongside people in their healing since 2009. My early career was forged in the deep end — treating survivors of sexual abuse, complex PTSD, attachment wounds, and childhood trauma. Those years taught me that real healing requires more than symptom relief. It requires witnessing the whole person. That conviction led me to EMDR and Internal Family Systems (IFS) — approaches that work at the root, not just the surface. IFS, in particular, cracked something open. It deepened my clinical work and my own inner life, ultimately leading me into depth psychology, Jungian frameworks, somatic awareness, and a richer, more mystical relationship with the sacred. Today my approach is integrative and soul-centered—drawing from IFS, EMDR, depth psychology, and neurodivergent-affirming frameworks. I bring both clinical rigor and genuine reverence to this work. I believe therapy at its best is an invitation to stop managing your life from the outside and begin living from the inside

I believe healing is never just personal — it is political. The wounds my clients carry are rarely theirs alone. They are shaped by systems that reward conformity, punish difference, and concentrate power at the expense of the many. I am openly anti-racist, anti-oppression, anti-fascist, and anti-authoritarian. I stand against Christian nationalism and every system that uses sacred language to justify dominion over others. These are not peripheral beliefs — they are woven into how I understand suffering, identity, and what wholeness actually requires. I am working toward a world where every person can live fully in their gifts — not despite who they are, but because of it. A world built on reciprocity rather than extraction, collaboration rather than competition, belonging rather than conquest. Therapy in this room is not about adjusting you to fit a broken system. It is about helping you remember who you are beneath the weight of that systems and take up the space you deserve.
