About My Clients
I have a passion for working with clients to heal the wounds of abuse, other traumas, or narcissism; work through family-of-origin and attachment issues; liberate from the confines of anxiety, panic, phobias, and OCD (or obsessive-compulsive tendencies); repair and/or heal from relational issues; develop effective boundary-drawing; transform self-concept/esteem; and grow to find peace, joy, purpose, and overall wellness.
My Background and Approach
I offer a compassionate understanding of who you are, how you show up in the world, and how you experience things. I work with you to identify and build on the strengths within you while developing new strategies and uncovering new insights to help you heal, grow, and flourish. I am nurturing while also able to challenge long-held beliefs and patterns, which may be keeping you stuck or holding you back from the life you want to live. I wish you well on your journey! I utilize a wide variety of therapy models, interventions, and strategies to address the unique. individual needs of each client.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe each person deserves to be seen and valued as their authentic self and work to find any possible avenues towards this goal. I deeply enjoy the uniqueness of each client and celebrate diversity in my clinical practice, as well as in my personal life. I have two lovely, colorful patchwork tapestries in my office, and I love to think of humanity as similarly beautiful in its weaving together of our diverse selves.
