About My Clients
If you're feeling overwhelmed by grief, navigating anxiety, or caught in the exhausting cycle of perfectionism, you’re not alone. I work with children (ages 7+), teens, adults, couples, and families to create a safe, supportive space for healing, growth, and meaningful change. Together, we’ll build skills to manage your emotions, challenge unhelpful thoughts, and create more space for balance and self-acceptance.
My Background and Approach
My approach is person-centered and collaborative. I integrate CBT to support emotional regulation and coping skills, and Narrative Therapy to help reshape the stories you carry about yourself. I am a Certified Grief-Informed Professional (CGP) and a Certified Youth Mental Health Specialist (CYMHS). I currently have immediate availability with flexible scheduling. Whether you're seeking support for yourself, your child, or your family, I'm here to help.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Growing up as an athlete and high achiever, I personally understand the weight of perfectionism and the pressures many people carry. Having been surrounded by multiple losses in my own life, I developed a deep passion for helping individuals and families navigate grief and the many forms it takes. I believe therapy should be accessible, supportive, and free of stigma—a place where people can show up authentically, find understanding, and move toward healing and balance.
