I have experience working with individuals who experience anxiety through a systems approach (how different systems can contribute to our anxiety), breathwork & grounding techniques, and utilizing one's natural skills, strengths, resources to manage anxiety.

I have experience working with BIPOC individuals navigating their racial identity in the US using a systems approach, bringing into light the many ways our system does not support Black and Brown lives as well as people of color. I also have experience working with children of immigrants, and those who feel as though they are navigating various cultural identities.

I have worked with individuals on issues of burnout- whether has been from work, parenting, being the "caregiver/counselor role" in most of one's relationships, or navigating life as a highly sensitive person. Whatever the reason is, brainstorming ways to care of self and receive care from those around us.

It is important to me to be cultural sensitive to clients and to learn from each person, without assumption.

I provide a nonjudgmental but honest space for clients, and hold the Rogerian principle of holding clients with unconditional positive regard.

I've received training in SFBT, which focuses on identifying one's natural set of skills, strengths, and resources and explores what is serving us, and what is not serving us so well.

I have experience working with BIPOC individuals navigating racial identity. I have experience working with individuals experiencing burnout whether it be from carrying a marginalized identity, overwork, compassion fatigue from being the "caregiver" in one's relationships, parenting, etc. Whatever the reason, brainstorming with clients on how to increase time caring for self as well as receiving care from others to find joy and connection again.

I have worked with individuals to help manage experiences of anxiety utilizing breathwork, grounding techniques, and providing a space to process one's triggers relating to anxiety.
