About My Clients
The most important thing to me in my work is that my clients feel safe, heard, seen, understood, and cared for. Life can be so challenging and often feel lonely, and my goal is to help carry some of the weight you feel on your shoulders. I love working with children, teens, and adults across the lifespan. Some of the areas I specialize in include managing anxiety and depression, improving self-esteem and relationship with self, boundary setting, and building communication skills.

I believe that therapy produces the best results when our work is built on a foundation of trust and collaboration. I see my clients as teammates, and we work together on the path towards healing. I believe that you are the expert on your own life and lived experiences, and I have spent years dedicated to learning and honing tools to help people grow and change in the ways they desire. Together we will combine our expertise to help you reach your goals. When you are in my therapy space, you will feel respected, heard, valued, and safe. Beginning therapy is a vulnerable, sometimes scary endeavor, and it is so important to me that you feel cared for from the first moment we meet and throughout our journey together.

I believe that all humans have the capacity to grow and change inside of themselves, but we often need help finding the right path towards healing. When we feel safe, understood, and accepted, we are able to fully see ourselves as well. In our work together, I am committed to helping you see yourself and your worth, and work towards living the version of your life that YOU desire. I will meet you where you are at and walk alongside you every step of the way.
