It takes great courage to reach out and ask for help. I hope to offer a safe place for you to explore and understand more about yourself and the important people in your life. I have worked with people from many different backgrounds to address mental health issues that can make you feel stuck and frustrated. Within our sessions you can expect a warm environment that supports your growth through conversation, empathy, and even humor at times.
My Background and Approach
I am passionate about working with people from all different backgrounds. My specialties include working with adolescents and young adults, providing a safe place for them to share openly, receive support, and learn tools to cope with difficult things that occur as they develop and grow. I also work with new parents navigating postpartum issues and couples facing communication or other significant relationships issues. It can be intimidating to reach out for help but so rewarding once the process has started. I would be happy to speak with you about the process of therapy and answer any and all questions you may have.
