My therapeutic style is compassionate, relational and warm. I will integrate evidence based therapies such as EMDR, interpersonal and attachment theories, mindfulness, art therapy and cognitive behavioral practices to help you reach your desired goals. I believe that everyone deserves to be heard, treated with compassion, and have a space where they feel safe and comfortable.
