About My Clients

Many adolescents, young adults, and adults come to me eager for change but unsure where to start. They may be navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, identity questions, relationship challenges, or major life transitions. I create a collaborative and "real" therapeutic space where your identity is the baseline, not something you have to explain. My practice is built on a foundation of anti-oppressive values, deep respect for lived experiences, and a commitment to welcoming your full self.

My Background and Approach

My approach draws from trauma-informed, relational, and mindfulness-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and solutions-focused therapy. My work is shaped not just by clinical training, but by lived experience within the queer community and a commitment to anti-oppressive practice.
