About My Clients
Are you ready to work on your mental health? I am here to walk with you on your journey and support every step of the way. Together we can work on finding the appropriate medication for you and work on skills to improve emotional regulation.
My Background and Approach
Catherine has spent the last 9 years working primary in community health providing care for the underserved. She has experience working with individuals in the LGBTQ community and those whose lives have been impacted by HIV. She provides a supportive environment to meet the needs of each individual client.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Catherine believes in social justice and supports racial equality, woman’s rights, and she is an active ally for the LGBTQ community. She volunteers at local pride festivals, attends women’s rights, and community advocacy events. She participates in sending emails and making calls to political leaders in an effort to continue with positive progress during this time of uncertainty in our country.
