My Background and Approach
I am dedicated to providing compassionate and evidence-based care to individuals seeking to improve their mental health and well-being. My approach is holistic and integrative, combining elements of Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness practices, and humanistic principles to tailor treatment to each client's unique needs. I have experience working with teens and adults facing a variety of challenges, including depression, anxiety and stress, anger problems, trauma, relationship issues, and life transitions.
