My hope is to gain an understanding of your values and personality to develop goals to help you overcome the challenges you're facing. By utilizing relaxation and grounding techniques, challenging unhelpful thought patterns, and practicing self-compassion, we can help you achieve your goals and quiet that critical and negative inner voice. I understand coping with constant anxiety, a critical inner voice, and obsessive thoughts around food and exercise is extremely challenging; however, you don't have to take this journey alone. You've come this far already, and I'd be honored to take the path toward recovery with you and help you find the inner peace you've been striving for!
