About My Clients
Each client is unique and so is their journey. I work with adults, couples, and families either in person or telehealth. I specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, religious trauma, self-esteem, parenting, life transitions, family conflict, boundaries, and relationship distress.
My Background and Approach
I use therapeutic approaches that highlight my client's strengths, meet them where they are at on their journey, and explore their relationships through a systemic lens. I engage my clients with empathy, humor, respect, and acceptance and integrate mindfulness and somatic (mind-body) techniques a long with several evidence-based modalities, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), and Sandtray Therapy. I received my Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Argosy University and am a AAMFT approved supervisor and a MN board approved supervisor for LMFT and LPCC track therapists.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
You matter. You have innate value and worth and deserve a safe place to heal. I am here to meet you where you are at and help you discover (or re-discover) your strength, power, and ability to get through life's hard moments.
